Returns

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Free from stains, odors, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:- Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Intimate wear such as innerwear, hijabs, or scarves due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process:
- Customers can initiate a return directly from their Emenark account by logging in, navigating to the order, and selecting the "Request Return" option.
- Alternatively, email us at contact@emenark.com with your order number, item details, and the reason for return.

We will arrange a return pickup for most locations. However, if your pincode is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to ship the item to the following address:
B Core Lifestyle, Forza Mall, Chembra Road, Tirur, 676101.- Important: Please write your registered mobile number and order number clearly on the package before shipping.
- Note: In case of loss or damage to the package during return shipping arranged by the customer, Emenark will not be responsible. Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, the refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be credited within 10 business days.

Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: Refunds will be issued as a gift voucher that can be used for future purchases.

Important Notes:
- Shipping charges, store credits, and reward points are non-refundable.

A processing fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee does not apply to exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@emenark.com or sending a message via Instagram Direct Message. Include photos and details of the issue for quicker resolution.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund for the item at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before Initiate shipping. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order processing begins.
