Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Emenark, we strive to provide the best experience and high-quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Intimate wear such as innerwear, hijabs, or scarves (due to hygiene reasons).
Return Process
You can initiate a return using one of the following methods:

Through Your Account:
Log in to your Emenark account, navigate to your order, and select the "Request Return" option. -
Via Email:
Email us at contact@emenark.com with your order number, item details, and the reason for return.
We will arrange a return pickup for most serviceable locations. If your pincode is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to ship the item to the following address:

Important: Please clearly write your registered mobile number and order number on the package before shipping.
If you are arranging the return shipment yourself, Emenark will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refund Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as a gift voucher for future purchases.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges, store credits, and reward points are non-refundable.
- A processing fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The processing fee does not apply to exchanges.
Exchanges
Exchanges are completely free of charge.

Once you contact us, our team will guide you through the exchange process step by step.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@emenark.com or sending a message via Instagram Direct Message.
Please include clear photos and details of the issue for quicker resolution. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment is initiated. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
